Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy covers Money Ball and this website.
At a glance
- We don’t require an account and we don’t sell your personal information.
- The Games use 1 third-party service, listed below with links to their policies.
- Tracking across other companies’ apps happens only if you allow it in Apple’s tracking prompt.
- Game progress and settings stay on your device.
- You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time.
Who we are
SilvaGames (“we”, “us”, “our”) develops and publishes Money Ball (together, the “Games”) for iPhone and iPad, and runs this website. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
This policy explains what information is collected when you use the Games or this website, why, who it is shared with, and the choices and rights you have. If you have questions, contact us at support@silvagames.cam.
Information we collect
Information you give us
If you email us for support or feedback, we receive your email address, the content of your message and anything you attach (for example screenshots or device details). We use it only to reply and to fix problems.
Information collected automatically
The Games include the third-party services listed in Third-party services. Depending on the service, they may collect:
- Device information – device model, operating system version, language, time zone and similar technical details.
- Identifiers – random app or installation identifiers, the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) and, only if you allow tracking, the Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
- Usage and gameplay data – for example sessions, levels reached and in-game events, and ads viewed or tapped.
- Network information – IP address, which may be used to estimate your approximate (country or city level) location.
Information from Apple
The Games are distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple may give us aggregated, non-identifying statistics (such as downloads and crash rates), and diagnostics only if you choose to share them with app developers. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as health data, precise location, contacts or photos.
How we use information
- To run the Games, save your progress and settings, and keep them working on your device.
- To show ads that help keep the Games free, measure how ads perform, and limit how often you see the same ad.
- To answer your messages and provide support.
- To protect the Games and our players, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Advertising and tracking
Some Games show ads from the advertising partners listed below. On iPhone and iPad, a Game can only use the Advertising Identifier to track you across other companies’ apps and websites if you allow it through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your activity in other apps.
You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Ads may still use non-personal information such as the content of the Game and your approximate location to show contextual ads.
Third-party services
These companies process information on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies:
| Service | Purpose | Information | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Shows ads in the Apps and measures how ads perform. | Device and app information, IP address and approximate location derived from it, ad interactions, diagnostics, and the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking. | Read policy |
Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on these legal bases:
- Performance of a contract – to provide the Games.
- Legitimate interests – to keep the Games secure, fix problems and answer your messages.
- Consent – for personalized advertising and tracking. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
- Legal obligation – where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Game progress stored on your device stays there until you delete the Game. Our partners keep data according to their own retention policies, linked above.
Your choices and rights
Choices on your device
- Turn tracking off: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- Personalized ads from Apple: Settings › Privacy & Security › Apple Advertising.
- Stop sharing diagnostics with developers: Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
- Remove the data a Game stores on your device by deleting the Game.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@silvagames.cam. We will respond within the time required by law, and we may need to verify your request. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents
We do not sell personal information for money. Allowing an advertising partner to use identifiers for personalized ads may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out by declining or turning off tracking as described above, or by contacting us. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
Our Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at support@silvagames.cam and we will delete it.
Security and international transfers
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Our partners may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, these transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our Games or the law change. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If changes are significant, we will give notice in the Games or on this website.
